amphibious vehicles

25 January, 2008

I had a large parcel of property, and there was a surveyor visiting to perform some tasks. There were several old abandoned roads which had to be marked with green stakes. Gertie was helping. There was snow on the ground. Some of the property was beach front, and to get to the work area we had to use huge, yellow amphibious vehicles. There were several types of vehicles, and a crew of scientists for this task. I was joining them for the first time, to see how the work was progressing.

One of the vehicles was tethered to the shore, but still floating. I had to climb on some rocks and a box Gertie had brought from home, to climb into the cab of the vehicle. I was balanced on the rocks, with one foot on the deck of the Read the rest of this entry »

House of girls

22 January, 2008

I was writing down these dreams (in my dream; I had woken a few times and had thought about writing them down, so now I was dreaming it), and the protagonist was a man, whom I was trying to describe. First I wrote “I” , then I realized it was a man, not me. Then I tried to describe him and had trouble. big house

15 January, 2008

I was in a big house with a lot of people. It was located on a narrow road leading up a tight valley through the mountains. In the house there was a big family, and after making all sorts of preparations for the celebration, at the last moment they announced that they were all leaving. They had planned it all Read the rest of this entry »

jan 08 in a bower

14 January, 2008

I entered a bower of sorts, which was strictly for women. It reminds me of a Turkish tea garden. There were tables set up, and there were vines all around the perimeter which had grown up and been trained over the top, creating a sort of tent. The vines were bare of leaves, and knotty. There was a very old woman at one of the tables. She said that when she woke up that morning she was so crippled up that her Read the rest of this entry »

It was almost as though my psyche just didn’t want to sleep or dream, as I kept shocking myself awake. A dog in my dream suddenly barks and I wake up. I’m required to scrape the rotting flesh off a corpse and it sickens me, I’m miserable about it, and then a glob of liquid flesh splatters me and I feel it soaking into my clothes and I’m startled awake. Shortly thereafter I fall asleep again, and the dream continues. I approach a group of girls around the corpse and ask –plead- for one of them, who isn’t as disgusted by the task to take over and a young Asian girl grabs my scraper Read the rest of this entry »
